Titan 4196 ANSI Pumps are interchangeable with ANSI and Durco® style pumps. The Titan 4196 ANSI pumps are available for ST, MT, and TXLT models, in all sizes, and three different metal types i.e. Ductile, SS316, and CD4. The AnsiDurco® style pumps are available for Groups 1, 2 and 3 in all sizes and in three different metal types i.e. Ductile, SS316 and CD4. 

Titan pumps are designed for applications in the Chemical, Process, Refineries, Food and Beverage, Oil & Gas, Pulp and Paper Industries.

Handling clean or slightly contaminated liquids, hot, superheated, acidic and caustic in chemical industry, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, pulp and paper, environmental, steel, textile, etc. These pumps have a capacity up to 500 m3 /h and heads to 16 bar. Titan has a range of Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps in four different sizes, 1, 1 ½, 2, and 3 inches. The pumps are available in different elastomers i.e. Neoprene, Buna, Viton, PTFE, and TPES. Titan Air operated diaphragm pumps are interchangeable with Wilden®. Titan has recently announced Diaphragm poly pumps in four sizes.

Titan Gear Pumps

Titan Gear Pumps are Viking® Style. The robust rotary gear pumps have been constructed with two rigid guidelines: longevity and serviceability. Titan provides the G-4124, G-124, G-4195 and G-195 series pumps in sizes ranging from 1.5 inches to 6.0 inches. Titan provides these pumps in different construction, elastomers and packed or mechanical seal models.

Titan Trash Pump

Titan Self-Priming Trash Pumps are interchangeable with Gorman Rupp®. Relevant offers all models ranging from 2 inch to 12 inch. All pumps are ductile iron, but for abrasive environments it is recommended to get special coating.

Travaini TCD Hot Oil Pumps

TCD pump series are specifically designed to handle thermal fluids up to 320˚C / 608˚F without special cooling systems. The heat from the pumped product is greatly blocked by special “heat barrier” chamber located between the pump casing and the impeller. Materials of construction are Ductile iron or Stainless steel AISI 316. Pump dimensions and characteristics are in accordance to ISO 2858/DIN 24256 standards and are the same as for the correspondent models from the TCH series. Capacity up to 350 m3 /h and head to 10 bar.
