Relevant Industrial Coronavirus Response

banner-2Relevant Industrial is carefully following the recommendations of the CDC. No technician will be allowed to continue serving our customers if: 

  1. They have traveled internationally within the last 14 days.
  2. If they are experiencing any symptoms of Coronavirus or have been in close contact with someone experiencing symptoms.

Service Trips

As part of Relevant's Coronavirus response our technicians have been instructed to execute the following as part of their service trip.


  • Gather information from the customer including:
    • Point of Contact
    • Special Requirements or Protocols
  • Request to avoid accessing the site via reception. Instead, request direct access the compressor room via a secondary access or following customer´s recommendations.
  • Avoid crowded areas during work and personal time.


  • Avoid person-to-person interaction (no hand shaking) when possible.
  • Avoid going to the client/customer canteen or cafeteria.
  • Avoid touching your mouth and face. Wash your hands frequently.
  • Maintain 1 meter (3 feet) distance between individuals.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing and sneezing if not wearing a mask. Dispose of the tissues in nearest waste bin immediately after use. Wash your hands immediately with soap and water or use alcohol based hand sanitizer.


  • Check yourself regularly for increased temperature and any further symptoms (breathing issues, coughing etc.).
  • In case of developing symptoms:
    • Immediately seek medical assistance
    • Proceed with checking on any type of infection
    • Communicate to the direct manager
