Training 

Safety training is another cornerstone of our safety program that is as equally important as the tools and equipment employees use to perform their jobs. This is how training is utilized at Relevant Solutions.

• Provide Safety onboarding employee training – New employees are provided a general safety onboarding so that they can begin utilizing safe working practices right away.
• Workplace tools, machinery and equipment training – All employees are trained on the equipment they use for their daily work. This is essential for safe operation of equipment.
• Document and track all training on EHS software – Our EHS Management software helps us track, manage, and control all Safety related training for all employees at any location. We provide web-based training for employees to complete at their convenience. We also schedule instructor lead training through our software.
