Andrew Zacharias, CFA

Mr. Zacharias is a Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments. In addition to the board of Relevant Solutions since 2010, he serves on the boards of Heads Up Technologies, Resource Minerals and Flatrock Compression, along with several civic and charitable boards in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Zacharias previously served as Vice President for Pacesetter Capital Group, executing and managing private equity and mezzanine debt investments in the distribution, manufacturing and service sectors. Prior to joining Pacesetter, he served as the CFO and COO of Street Advisor, an independent equity research provider, and worked in the Corporate Finance group at Bear Stearns, where he focused on equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. Mr. Zacharias started his career in finance as an intern analyst for Luther King Capital Management. Mr. Zacharias graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University. He completed a joint Master of Business Administration degree and master’s degree in Engineering Management through a fellowship program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he received the designation of Austin Scholar.
