Question 1: What new skills or knowledge did you acquire during your summer internship with us?
Along with gaining competency in the hardware associated with Relevant LLC such as the Honeywell ControlEdge 900 series and the Emerson RX3i, I also acquired newfound skill in adaptibility and working as a team.
Question 2: How did your summer internship contribute to your personal and professional growth?
? For my personal growth, it has greatly improved my time management and work efficiency in encountering new environments. In terms of professional growth, it has undoubtedly provided a strong foundation for understanding industry processes and systems--allowing me to platform and expand upon my experience.
Question 3: What was your favorite project and why?
My favorite project was working on the Honeywell Pro-Lab demo. It allowed me to delve into the managerial aspect of engineering while also expounding on the creativity and problem-solving that accompanies it. Along with being able to see the growth of the project with every step of the way, such as sourcing and acquiring its 4-20mA signal generator or outlining how the Honeywell Versatilis Transmitter would be implemented, it exposed me to the design process.
Question 4: How Would You Summarize the Unique Experience of Being Part of Our Internship Program?
An opportunity to learn all aspects of industry and how it all works together. Allowing for a perspective on engineering that recognizes the "full-brain" nature of industry process.
