Onboarding Safety Training
Every new employee receives comprehensive safety onboarding. This training provides an introduction to safe working practices and prepares new team members to recognize and respond to potential hazards from day one.
Equipment & Tool Training
Employees are trained on the specific tools, machinery, and equipment they will use in their daily work. This ensures safe operation and helps prevent accidents related to improper handling or lack of familiarity with equipment.
Training Management Through EHS Software
We utilize an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Management system to track, manage, and document all safety training across our locations. This software allows us to deliver web-based training that employees can complete at their convenience. It also helps us schedule instructor-led sessions and maintain accurate training records.
