RELEVANT SOLUTIONS PURCHASES STOCK OF PRECISION FITTING & GAUGE COMPANY (PF&G)
HOUSTON, TX -- Relevant Solutions, LLC (Relevant), a leader in the instrumentation and automation, rotating equipment, purification and thermal equipment distribution and service sector, announced today that Relevant Solutions has purchased the stock of Precision Fitting & Gauge Company (PF&G) headquartered in Tulsa, OK. PF&G is a leading provider of instrumentation and controls. The transaction closed on October 29, 2019.
Relevant Solutions, with the addition of PF&G, employs 300 associates, across six states (Oklahoma, California, Louisiana, Utah, New Mexico, and Texas), among 19 branches that will yield amplified service.
