Relevant Solutions announced the expansion of their Honeywell Process Measurement and Controls (PMC) territory. Relevant will now be the exclusive distributor in Southern California and Nevada.

Relevant Solutions announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Rawson/ICD, Inc., headquartered in Houston, TX. As part of the overall transaction, Rawson/ICD’s commercial building automation team will be acquired by Building Controls & Solutions, headquartered in Dallas, TX. Over the past 65 years, Rawson / ICD has become a trusted source for valves and valve automation, instrumentation, process control systems (PCS), steam solutions, commercial building controls, and process measurement. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, following customary pre-closing approvals and minimal closing conditions.

Relevant Solutions recently announced the acquisition of J&W Instruments, Inc. headquartered in New Brighton, MN. Over the past 50 years, J&W Instruments has become a trusted source for instrumentation, process control systems (PCS), and process measurement. The transaction closed on December 21, 2021.

Relevant Solutions announced that it will expand its representation of Van London, an AlpHa Measurement Solutions Brand, products to include all areas of Texas, with the exception of the extreme northeast corner, along with the states of New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana, Arizona, Idaho, and Kansas. Relevant previously represented Van London in Oklahoma.
