Relevant Brand Treatment Rollout – Supplier FAQ
1. Why are the logos for business units changing?
Relevant is refreshing the business unit logos to present a more unified and consistent brand identity across our portfolio. This change strengthens how we show up in the market and provides clarity to customers and suppliers about the collective strength of Relevant’s businesses.
2. Which business units are affected by this change?
The updated logo treatment will apply to the following business units:
- Rawson
- Industrial Controls Distributors
- PF&G
- MSS
- J&W
- MW Nelson
3. Which brands will not be changing?
Our newest acquisitions: ChemFlow, ChlorineValves, CSI, Loy Instrument, CFI, & Lindberg will not be impacted by this update. These brands will continue to operate with their established logos & identities for the time being.
4. When will the new logos take effect?
You will begin to see the refreshed logos on October 27, 2025.
5. Does this impact purchase orders, invoices, or contracts?
6. Will I need to update Relevant’s information in my system?
No changes are required to your vendor master records. Our names, tax IDs, and payment information remain exactly the same.
7. What benefits does this bring to suppliers?
A unified Relevant brand presence helps you present our joint work with clarity and professionalism to mutual customers. It also enhances brand strength across all markets, supporting sales growth opportunities that ultimately benefit our supplier partnerships.
8. How will this affect ongoing projects or collaborations?
All current projects, initiatives, and points of contact remain the same. This change is purely visual and will not affect how we partner with you day-to-day.
