Relevant Brand Treatment Rollout – Customer FAQ
1. Why are the logos for business units changing?

3. Which brands will not be changing?
Our newest acquisitions: ChemFlow, ChlorineValves, CSI, Loy Instrument, CFI, & Lindberg will not be impacted by this update. These brands will continue to operate with their established logos & identities for the time being.
4. When will the new logos take effect?
You will begin seeing the refreshed business unit logos starting October 27, 2025.
5. What does this mean for customers?
Nothing changes in terms of service or relationships. You’ll continue working with the same people, receiving the same service, and experiencing the same commitment to excellence. The update is purely visual.
6. Will there be any changes to contracts, invoices, or legal documents?
7. Why are some brands (like CFI, CSI, Loy) not changing?
These brands are our newer acquisitions, and their existing logos will remain the same for now. This approach allows for a smooth transition while maintaining the recognition and trust they’ve already built in their markets. As we continue to grow together as One Relevant, future updates may align with our unified brand look and feel.
8. Will I need to update any of my records or systems?
No action is required from customers. All tax IDs, legal names, and points of contact remain the same.
9. How will this benefit me as a customer?
A unified brand presence provides greater clarity about our offerings, makes it easier to identify Relevant as your trusted partner across regions and industries, and strengthens our ability to deliver solutions backed by a consistent identity.
10. How will communications look going forward?
Emails, proposals, invoices, and other customer-facing communications from the affected business units will carry the updated logo treatment beginning October 27, 2025.
11. Where can I see the new logos?
The updated business unit logos will be available on our website and marketing materials at launch. Sales and customer support teams can also provide previews and guidance.
12. Who do I contact with questions about this change?
If you have questions or concerns about this transition, please reach out to your account manager or contact Mathilde Simoes at marketing@relevantsolutions.com
13. What’s the main message to remember?
Same trust. Same people. Same service. A refreshed look to reflect the strength and unity of the Relevant portfolio.
14. What do the new logos look like?
The new logos feature a cohesive design that reflects our shared identity as One Relevant, with clean typography and a consistent color palette that unites our brands while honoring their individual strength. We’ve kept the signature “R” icon and our recognizable color scheme for the main Relevant logo to maintain the brand connection our customers and partners already know and trust.
